Flexible and stable wind resistance between rows

Traditional brackets are prone to twisting and collision under strong wind conditions, resulting in hidden cracks in photovoltaic modules. A new flexible bracket uses pre-stressed galvanized steel strands as load-bearing cables for the modules. Through the relevant design of the pre-stressed cable network system in the east-west vertical plane, the tensile stress is controlled to effectively resist external loads. A flexible and stable wind resistance system is installed in the middle of the span, forming a bidirectional cable network structure, greatly improving wind vibration resistance performance. The design of the stable locking rod improves the flexible and stable wind resistance system between rows, and controls the cable sag through tensioning prestress; The north-south stable cable pole system integrates the array from east, west, and north to south, increasing the torsional stiffness of the load-bearing cables and effectively resisting the adverse effects of wind vibration on the components.

High reliability, salt spray and corrosion resistance
