Purpose:

1. Polymerization of styrene:

TBPMH can be used for the polymerization reaction of styrene and styrene copolymers, with a polymerization temperature range of 90-140 ℃.

2. Polymerization of acrylate and methacrylate:

TBPMH can be used for the polymerization reaction of acrylic or methacrylate at a temperature of 100-175 ℃.

3. Curing of thermosetting resin:

TBPMH can be used for curing unsaturated polyester at high temperatures.

TBPMH is the preferred curing agent (SMC, BMC, ZMC, etc.) for UP resin hot molding process, with a temperature range of 120-170 ℃. The product has good tolerance and is safe and environmentally friendly.

4. Ethylene polymerization initiator:

TBPMH is a polymerization initiator for LDPE polymerization, with an initiation temperature range of 210-270 ℃.


Storage conditions:

Keep the packaging sealed and in a well ventilated state, and store at a temperature not exceeding 25 ℃. Avoid mixing with reducing agents such as amines, acids, alkalis, and heavy metal compounds (accelerators and metal soaps). It is strictly prohibited to pack or use in the warehouse.

Storage stability:

Store according to the manufacturer's instructions, and the product can meet the factory technical standards within three months.


Fire extinguishing:

Small fires need to be extinguished with dry powder or carbon dioxide fire extinguishers, and a large amount of water should be sprayed to prevent reignition. A large fire requires spraying a large amount of water from a safe distance.
