Introduction:

BPO is a white particle or powder, which is a diacyl organic peroxide mainly used as a copolymerization initiator for polystyrene and polyacrylic acid, a curing agent for unsaturated tree esters, and a vulcanizing agent for silicone rubber.

Main purpose:

1. It is the most commonly used free radical initiator, a common initiator of acrylic esters, and a very important initiator for styrene and styrene copolymers. It can be used in combination with the initiator tert butyl benzoate peroxide (LQ-TBPB).

2. It is a medium to low temperature curing agent for unsaturated polyester.

3. It is a vulcanizing agent for diene rubber.

4. It is an important flour bleach and vegetable oil decolorizer.

Solubility: Soluble in most organic solvents such as benzene, chloroform, acetone, etc., slightly soluble in ethanol, insoluble in water.

1. Store in a cool and ventilated space, with a warehouse temperature not exceeding 30 ℃.

2. Keep away from sparks and heat sources. It should be stored separately from acids, reducing agents, inflammables, combustibles, reducing agents, etc.

3. The lighting and ventilation facilities in the storage room are explosion-proof, with switches located outdoors.

4. When handling, care should be taken to prevent damage to packaging and containers, and impact and oscillation are prohibited. Personal protection should be taken during packaging and handling operations.

Fire protection:

1. This product may decompose violently due to heating, and may ignite violently. A small amount of small fires should be put out quickly with foam or dry powder extinguishers.

2. The fire should be quickly evacuated to a safe distance and rescued with a water gun, and the fire department should be notified for handling.
